About the event
We are all open to possibilities! Let's relax and let it in together. Community, Reiki, Singing Bowls, good intentions, relaxation - WHAT COULD BE BETTER!??! Everyone knows meditation is extremely beneficial in myriad ways. I've found that community can make it even better. The February circles continue our healing, self-care and relaxing journeys. T
his is an all-levels offering. I incorporate suggestions and guidance to help people relax into the meditative state. As a gift to the group I am also incorporating Singing Bowls and several minutes of Reiki healing energy during the meditation cycle.
Take an hour out for ourselves where we have no external demands. The payoff is often better focus, less stress, a sense of being cared for, increased emotional stability and more.
Cost for attendance is a suggested cash donation of $18. Pay what you are comfortable with. Please RSVP via email or text me at (973) 626-0330 to let me know you are coming so I can provide enough seating.
